This is good from the Gods to be sure, it has been years since I first experienced the first orgasm of taste that exploded on my tongue when I discovered this jewel from up north. However, I've never forgotten the succulent experience of this show stopping dish; it has become my all time favorite in all of my travels & I'm a musician, always on the road, I'm based out of Winthrop, WA, and I always look forward to the road when it includes a stop in Tacoma, where I know that I can look forward to an evening at the Spar, where my tastebuds have been waiting for that visceral Valhalla, only found here at the Spar✌️

Delicious but I hope you get the equipment to make the "real" fried chicken again soon! I love it; I miss it, just thinking about "makes me mouth water"!

The wings at the spar are to die for! I love getting the buffalo and lemon pepper mixed! They are cooked to perfection I get them at least once a week now.

These were so good! I like how they're not too greasy. The staff here is AMAZING! Sunday blues night is such a good time, I highly recommend stopping by.
Fish Tacos
The fish tacos were delicious, served on corn tortillas with a spicy lime aïoli on the side. Loved this healthier option to traditional bar food, and perfect with a draft beer. Loved this historic waterfront bar and the live band.
